We study the Mahler measures of reciprocal polynomials x + 1/x + y + 1/y+ 4 \pm 4sqrt(2). We prove an identity relating their Mahler measures to special value of the L-function of the modular form η(8τ)3θ(8τ) and a linear combination of the twists of η(8τ
